1. Collection of Personal Data
We collect Personal Data abo ut you in the ways listed below. We may also combine the collected Personal Data with other Personal Data in our possession.
1.1 You provide your Personal Data to us
We collect your Personal Data when you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may prov ide your Personal Data to us when you:
- fill up a user profile or registration forms;
- provide information to assess your eligibility to provide services as a Merchant - partner;
- interact with our social media pages;
- participate in contests or events organised by us;
- when you report any problem to us;
- when you use certain features on our Site or our App;

- fill up demographic information in surveys.

- transaction information (such as payment method and winning details including SwipeCash );

- information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URLs), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain p ages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse - overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service numbers;
- Information we receive from third parties - We work with third parti es and we may receive information about you from them, for example, business partners, sub - contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, or credit reference agencies. - personal data you enter in messages when you use our in - app communication features or community pages .
1.3 From other sources
When we collect Personal Data from other sources, we make sure that that data is transferred to us in accordance with applicable laws. Such sources include:
- referral programmes;
- our business partners, such as fleet partners, payment providers, ride - hailing partners and transport partners;
- insurance and financial providers;
- publicly available data;
- governmental sources of data;
- when our users add you as an emergency contact; and
- m arketing services providers or partners.
1.4 Sensitive Personal Data
Some of the information that we collect is sensitive in nature. This includes information such as national ID numbers, race, marital status, an d your health or religious beliefs. We only collect this information when this is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
1.5 Personal Data of minors
As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow minors under your care to submit Persona l Data to SwipeLah!. In the event that such Personal Data of a minor is disclosed to SwipeLah! , you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s Personal Data and accept and agree to be bound by this Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions .
1.6 When you provide personal data of other individuals to us
In some situations, you may provide Personal Data of other individuals (such as your spouse, family members or friends) to us. For example, you may add them as your referral . If you provide us with their Personal Data, you represent and warrant that you have and you have obtained their consent for their Personal Data to be collected, used and disclosed as set out in this Policy.
1.7 Data Collected by Automated
Various technologies may be used on our website and our mobile and web-based applications in order to make them more user-friendly, effective and secure. Such technologies may lead to data being collected automatically by us or by third parties on behalf of us. This data does not generally, but may, contain a user’s personal data. SwipeLah! may use, combine and process your Personal Data for the following purposes (“Purposes”).
2.1 Providing services and features
Your Personal Data will be used to provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services. This includes using your Personal Data to:
- provide you with Services across our various business verticals;

- create, administer and update your account;

10.2 Any request under Clause 10.1 may be subject to a small administrative fee to meet our cost in processing your request.

SwipeLah! shall have the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Policy at any time by placing the updated Policy on the Websites. By continuing to use the Apps, Websites or Services, purchase products from SwipeLah! or continuing to communicate or engage with SwipeLah! following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Policy, you signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates or amendments.

12. Governing Law
12.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore in any dispute relating to this Policy
13.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT FOR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY LOSS OF REPUTATION OR GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EQUITY, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF UNAUTHORISED OR UNINTENDED USE, ACCESS OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
